Undergraduates and PGCE Students
Funding is available through Student Finance in the form of a Tuition Fee Loan.
If you are having a Tuition Fee Loan, it will be paid directly to University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
When completing your Student Finance application, please ensure that you select:
- UCAS institution code: T80
- University name: University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

Postgraduate Students only
Postgraduate Funding is available through Student Finance in the form of a Tuition Fee Loan.
Unlike an undergraduate loan, a postgraduate loan is paid directly to you, so you are required to arrange payment of tuition fees to 窪蹋勛圖厙 in accordance with our payment terms.
To make payment of your Tuition Fees please pay in full in Term 1 or by instalments (see instalments section for further details).

If your employer or charity organisation is contributing towards your course fee, please download the Sponsor Form.
On receipt of the Sponsor Form, we will charge your sponsor for their contribution of your course fee.
Please note we will require a new form completed at registration each year if funding has been agreed by your sponsor for that given academic year.
Students are responsible for paying all fees incurred whilst studying at the University on a timely basis. Where a sponsor has agreed to pay on behalf of a student, the student remains responsible for the debt until it has been discharged.

Payment can be made in any one of the two following ways for:
- Tuition fees without a Student Loan
- Accommodation fees
By going to once you have received your invoice into your student email address.
Immediate payment
Fees can be paid immediately, in full, by credit/debit card. The payment will be processed straight away, and the full fees will be collected immediately.
Recurring card payment
Fees can be scheduled for payment on agreed dates (see details below). Please note setting up a recurring card payment will ensure all payments due for the current academic year will be made automatically. You dont need to do anything further for this year unless we contact you to say otherwise.
If the dates given on screen do not match the date you receive your student finance please contact fees@uwtsd.ac.uk to discuss.

Tuition Fees
Students are required to confirm as part of the enrolment process that they accept responsibility for the payment of tuition and any accommodation, or other charges that they may incur while studying at the University. If a student fails to pay tuition fees when they become due and fails to make satisfactory arrangements for discharging any outstanding debt, the University reserves the right to commence legal proceedings to recover the debt. Students that have outstanding tuition fee debts are not entitled to progress to the next year of studies, to be awarded, or to graduate.
Accommodation Fees
Returning students may apply for accommodation but will not be allocated rooms unless accommodation fees to the University are paid in full for previous Licence Agreements.

Tuition fees can be scheduled for future payment in one, two or three instalments, depending on value.
You will need to wait for your invoice before you can pay.

You will need to wait for your invoice before you can pay.

One instalment in full at the start of the first term
Three instalments, one at the start of each term
The fee due and relevant instalment amounts can be found on the Student Accommodation Contract issued by the Accommodation Office or at Student Accommodation.

By submitting a payment through the 窪蹋勛圖厙 (the University) online-payments site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the submission of your payment and contact the Universitys Finance Office (details beneath).
It is the responsibility of the Student to ensure that the University’s Tuition Fees in respect of the Programme are paid at the beginning of each Academic or Calendar Year of study or as directed by the Universitys finance office.
The fees owed must be paid prior to or at registration (enrolment) whether directly by the Student or on the Student’s behalf by a third party (such as a relative, employer or other sponsor).
The payment of any sums intended to be in respect of Tuition Fees by or on behalf of the Student does not in itself indicate the existence of a contract between the University and the Student.
Please note that for security and fraud prevention the University uses third party processors (WPM Education) to process all payment transactions.

It is your responsibility to check that payment has been made and allocated correctly. Please notify us immediately of any errors and we will endeavour to assist. Payments usually clear into our account in 2 to 3 working days.
All payments made through this online payment facility must be made in Pounds Sterling (瞿GBP). You are responsible for the payment of any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making the payment or in processing a refund.
The University cannot accept any liability if payment is refused or declined by your debit/credit card supplier for whatever reason.
Once a transaction has been completed, the payment may not be cancelled. In certain circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with the Master Terms.
Use
Without limitation to any matter set out in these terms and conditions of use, you must not use the payment site to:

- misrepresent your identity;
- hack, or attempt to hack, any part of the payment site or any system used to run it;

- provide any information that is inaccurate or is in breach of any UK laws or regulations. Miscellaneous
- These terms of use are not intended to, nor shall they confer any benefit on a third party, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
- No waiver by the University of any breach of these terms by you shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or of any other provision.

- If, at any time, any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid or illegal in any respect, such provision shall be deemed to be severed from the terms, but the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected as a result.
- In the event that an overpayment is made against the total of Tuition Fees due, the credit balance arising will be used to offset any debt or invoice arising from accommodation, library debts or any other legitimate charge in due date order. If there is no other debt or invoice, any remaining credit balance will be refunded in accordance with the Universitys normal refund procedure. Refunds must be requested and supported by written authorisation from the Student.
- The University will make any refund payable to the card account or bank account from which the original payment was received.

Information you give us
We receive and save any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. You provide most such information when you make a payment, or set-up a recurring card payment or direct debit mandate, or communicate with us for any other reason. This information may include your student or UCAS number, date of birth, name, contact and financial details.
You can choose not to provide information, although it may be needed to make a payment.
Automatic Information
We automatically receive and save certain types of information whenever you interact with the online-payments website. We use the information to monitor web site traffic and to assist with the navigation and user experience of the web site.
Information that we will automatically receive includes:

Data Security
Please protect sensitive data at all times throughout your online transaction. Make sure that nobody can see over your shoulder when typing in personal information and close your browser when you have finished. The University and its third party suppliers have used their reasonable endeavours to ensure that access to information provided and the payments you make whilst using this site are secure. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission. The site is secured using a Thawte SSL Web Server Certificate to offer you secure communications by automatically encrypting all data when it is entered.
You should be aware that the computer that you use to attach to the online-payments system (via a web browser) must also be secure, and include the latest operating system, software and anti-virus updates. The use of a shared computer to connect to the online-payments system could increase the risk that others will see your sensitive information.
Disclosure of your information
- Except as set out in this policy or as required by law, your personal data will not be provided to any third party without your prior written consent
