Developing our People

Our annual teaching and learning conference NEXUS, enables colleagues and partners to come together within our learning and teaching community to share best practice, communicate, collaborate, and inspire each other.

Flexible working

We promote a flexible workforce and the University will consider applications from individuals seeking full time, part time, job share, or term time only working arrangements and this will apply to all posts that we advertise.

Gender Equality

ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is committed to fairness and transparency in relation to its pay arrangements for staff and publishes data in line with the gender pay gap reporting guidelines, although it is not a legal requirement in Wales.
